RASA JAIPUR endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

However, in certain unforeseen instances which may arise, your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following criteria:

  • RASA Jaipur apparel is eligible for exchange for size related issues, within 3 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email, please inform us within 3 days of delivery
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, please inform us within 3 days of delivery
  • Non clothing category products including home linen and accessories are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging and share the images with us. The final decision on the validity of the defect shall rest with RASA Jaipur  
  • Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

In case of exchange of garments for size related issues:

  • Garments should be returned in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached). Since it may not always be possible to retain the original external packaging, we request you to repack it in waterproof packaging with all original tags intact and the product not having been used at all
  • Goods are replaced in a different size in the same style, subject to availability of inventory. In the unlikely event we are unable to for some reason provide you with a replacement size immediately, we may require 2-3 weeks for the same. If this is not possible from our end, our customer care shall connect with you. You would get a choice for store credit which could be utilized in any future purchase you make with us or a refund to the same source of transaction made.  Store credit would be provided in the wallet section and can be utilized against any future online purchase within one year
  • Kindly coordinate with our customer care for the Home Collection of the package to be returned. In case this becomes a challenge, our team shall guide you with the necessary procedure to be followed
  • For Home Collection, kindly note that we would be able to get the package collected only from the original address where it was initially delivered

In case of an incorrect or damaged product received:
In case the external packaging is damaged, we request you to send us images of the package as it arrived with the external damage visible, within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Please mention clearly ‘Received Damaged’ on the courier acceptance receipt while taking delivery
  • Please email us at rasa@rasajaipur.com  with all details
  • Alternatively, you could call our customer care number +91 7877 444 555 between 12 noon and 6 pm IST Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays) and our team will assist you

In case you have received a product different from the one ordered, we might need 2 weeks for a replacement to be provided, and request your patience, should this situation occur. Goods are replaced in the same style, subject to availability of inventory. In the unlikely event we are unable to for some reason provide you with a replacement piece, you would get a choice for store credit which could be utilized in any future purchase you make with us or a refund to the same source of transaction made.  Store credit would be provided in the wallet section and can be utilized against any future online purchase.

In case of quality issue/defect:

  • Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, bags, boxes, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
  • We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice
  • Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection. Upon validation of the mentioned defect, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines. The final decision on the validity of the defect shall rest with RASA Jaipur  
  • In the unlikely event we are unable to for some reason provide you with a replacement piece, you would get a choice for store credit which could be utilized in any future purchase you make with us or a refund to the same source of transaction made.  Store credit would be provided in the wallet section and can be utilized against any future online purchase within one year

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If your purchase meets the exchange/return criteria above, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of delivery via any of the following channels:

  • Email us at rasa@rasajaipur.com 
  • For Damage/Quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in
  • In case of garment size exchange, please additionally mention purchased size, the problem faced with the size and the new size requirement

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled/amended
  • Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores and vice versa
  • No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address
  • No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient
  • No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency
  • Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance
  • In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner
